Presentation Instructions

Accepted contributions have been classified into papers and posters.


Each paper is allocated 25 minutes, including Q&A, for presentation. We suggest that the presentation of your slides takes about 20 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for introduction by the session chair and questions from the audience. For preparing the presentation, you may use the official Power Point slides of CARMA 2016, which are available here.

Please upload your presentation file to the computer in the session room before the session starts. Note that the presentation computer has only USB ports; there is no CD-ROM or other disc drive. While Power Point will also be provided, presenters are suggested to use PDF for their presentations to avoid issues with fonts and other problems.


There will be a number of posters presented during the conference, exhibited at the poster session. In order to make this session run smoothly, please make sure your poster is put up before the start of the session and removed after it has ended. The recommended format is A0.

Your poster will be attached to the panel with push pins, which will already be available on the panel. After you have removed your poster, please leave pins on the board.
