* Students and scientific committee members are entitled to the reduced registration fee. To be entitled to the student discount, students must present proof of full-time student status.
The CARMA 2022 registration fee covers (in-person registrations):
- Conference kit
- Conference proceedings (with ISBN and DOI)
- Admission to CARMA 2022 scientific sessions
- Lunches
- Coffee breaks
- Conference dinner
- Social events
The virtual registration fee covers (Virtual conference):
- Virtual conference kit
- Conference proceedings (with ISBN and DOI)
- Admission to the streaming of all CARMA 2022 scientific sessions
For papers to be included in the conference program and appear in the conference publications, at least one author must be registered by the early registration deadline (27 May) as in-person or virtual presenting participant.
Each registration covers the publication of one paper in the CARMA conference proceedings. If a registered author participates with more than one paper, the “Extra paper” fee is applicable to the second and subsequent papers.
Cancellations made on or before 5 June will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made after 5 June will receive no refund.
