Registration and payment of fees are required for attending any of the conference events. Attendees must wear their name badge at all times while at the conference and during the social events, as it is the official entrance pass to the sessions. For the social events, it will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket.

*Scientific committee members or students. To be entitled to the student discount, students must present proof of full-time student status.
The conference registration fee covers:
- Conference kit
- Conference USB proceedings (with ISBN and DOI)
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Lunches
- Coffee breaks
- Conference dinner
- Social events
For papers to be included in the conference program and appear in the conference publications, at least one author must be registered by the early registration deadline (May 28, 2018) and attend the conference to present the paper.
Cancellations made on or before June 15, 2018 will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made after June 15, 2018 will receive no refund.
