Presentation Instructions

Participants

Accepted papers have been classified into full papers, Work-In-Progress (WIP) and Posters.

Full papers

Full papers presented on-site are allocated 20 minutes, including Q&A. We suggest that the presentation of your slides takes about 15 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for an introduction by the session chair and questions from the audience. For preparing the presentation, you may use the official PowerPoint slides of CARMA 2023, which are available here.

Please upload your presentation file to the computer in the session room before the session starts. Note that the presentation computer has only USB ports; there is no CD-ROM or other disc drive.

WIP

Work-in-progress papers presented on-site are allocated 15 minutes, including Q&A. We suggest that the presentation of your slides takes about 10 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for an introduction by the session chair and questions from the audience. For preparing the presentation, you may use the official PowerPoint slides of CARMA 2023, which are available here.

Posters

At least one of the poster authors is required to attend in person and give a brief presentation of the poster in the interactive poster session.

Please, design your Poster vertically. The poster cannot exceed A0 format (84cmx120cm) with vertical orientation. The following sizes and fonts are recommended:
Font (Arial)
Minimum title size (36 point)
Minimum size of section and subsection titles (30 point)
Minimum text size (26 points)
